We are enrolling now and offer two types of on-site education:

1.Licensing Classes
These classes are taken by students who are looking to get their real estate license. We offer three licensing programs:

◦90 hour Sales Licensing Program
This schedule is for students who have never had a real estate sales license before or simply wish to learn real estate. ADRE no longer issues any education waivers for out of state licensees.

◦90 hour Broker Licensing Program
This schedule is for real estate salespeople who have had an active real estate license for 3 out of the last 5 years.

◦ Review Program
This schedule is for students who have completed their 90 hours with another school and need to take or retake state exam. You may choose one day of sessions.

2.Renewal Classes
These classes are continuing education required for licensed real estate salespeople or brokers. All agents must do 24 hours of renewal classes every 2 years to renew their license. The contract writing course is required of all new real estate agents.
